I just found a spot with the best tacos & authentic Mexican cuisine
Taco Todo is recently opened hidden gem spot serving up some super impressive authentic Mexican food. From tacos, burritos, quesadillas & more the menu includes the best variety of dishes. Along with prioritizing fresh & premium quality ingredients and freshly pressing all tortillas!! Which ensures that all the food tasted phenomenal!! And they even had the kindest staff here, making for the best dining experience.
I ordered a variety of dishes and was totally blown away by the flavors & quality of everything. The seasoning was on point, and everything tasted extremely fresh as well.
And if your a taco fanatic like me, this spot is perfect for you. As the menu highlights a wide variety of taco options, simply choose a soft or crispy taco, then load it up with any protein of choice. From seafood, chicken, carnitas, steak & even vegan fillings there are so many fantastic choices!
The menu here is also launching new items which also happened to my favorites of meal. New items included Quesabirrias. As birria is trending right now in the bay, I have to highlight this menu item. This was honestly some of the best quality birria I've tried in the Bay Area. The meat so incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. With the flavors being so rich, tasty & aromatics. And cooked in a tortilla and served up fresh to our table it was a definite fan favorite, being gone within minutes!!
Another new menu item also included the fajitas. I was blown away by this dish in specific. The meal was served on a classic sizzle fajita plate and if you like fajitas, take not of this dish. There are several meat options to choose from, however I went with the mixed fajitas. This was I able to try out all the most popular proteins, from chicken, shrimp and steak. Each meat was cooked so incredibly, and the spices which seasoned the entire dish were so impressive. And I enjoyed how this dish well balanced with freshness, being served with a variety of fajita veggies. Along with a side of tortilla, beans, salsa & guacamole for the complete experience.
Last but not least the desserts here are the best way to end off the meal. The menu includes a selection of phenomenal desserts. And everything I tried was so delicious, well balanced in sweetness & tasted super fresh!! From mango mousse cake, churros & ice cream, and fried bananas I enjoyed how each option offered some different and special. It's truly a dessert menu which offers a little something for everyone to enjoy.
